From Naruto to Ruling the Heavens

In this Hokage world, there is a boy burdened by a tragic fate: Neji Hyuga, driven to despair by the so-called doctrine of destiny. But one boy doesn't care about the path he's supposedly destined to walk. He begins preparing for revenge, little by little. Unlike his selves in other worlds, he isn't burdened by so-called despair, so he sets out on the path of revenge and keeps moving forward.
