To My Secret Crush, To My Youth

That year, An Ning met Gu Jingsi, the boy who made her fall in love for the first time.

She waited in line with nervous care, holding the number ticket that belonged to her. An Ning thought it was just a passing whim, but before she knew it, a year turned into many. Every night, all she had for company was a pillow soaked with tears. She tried desperately to forget him, but her love ran too deep and became an obsession.

At last, she worked up the courage to confess. She knew Gu Jingsi liked her too, yet he still rejected her. Heartbroken, she set off for England.

An Ning ended her ten-year secret crush with a knight's salute, while Gu Jingsi knelt on one knee beneath that salute, beginning a life of endless warmth.
