Wine List

One volume of "Wine Book", written by Dou Ping of the Song Dynasty. Ping Ziye, a native of Wenshang. Chao Gongwu's "Studying Records" contains four volumes of "New Tang Book Yin Xun". Before Wu Zhen and Sun Fu, he should have been a person of Renzong's time. Gongwu said that he was knowledgeable and profound, and he was also a man who loved the ancient times. The other version has a person named Dou Ge, but the details of his name show that it was taken from Lu Ming's poem, and it was also written as Ping. There are only a few miscellaneous stories about wine in his book, which seem to have been lost, but they are recorded in "Song Zhi" and are actually in one volume. Observe that it starts with the name of the wine and ends with the order of the wine. The beginning and end are already there, and you know that it only ends here. Mostly novel words and phrases are extracted for reference, and they are slightly different from the style of recording. He quoted Du Fu as a young man who fell drunk and ended up lying on a bamboo root, saying that he used bamboo roots as a drinking vessel. In Yu Xin's poem, there is a line about a mountain cup holding bamboo roots. What Ping said is not a fabrication. What Pingzhi said should be kept in case of any rumors.
