Marrow Cleansing Sutra

Classical Four Lesser Principles: Say less with your mouth, less things in your heart, eat less in your belly, naturally sleep less, and you will live forever.

This is an internal practice method. You should study it carefully and figure it out slowly. If you don't understand it once and ten times, you can't start practicing it until you have a method in mind!

However, I didn't really like some of the characters in the book, as they seemed a bit too stereotyped.
