Want to watch something similar to "Chuanwu: Return to the Village and Show Off?" I'll add some books on "Learning Martial Arts to Become a Saint". Four Sacred Books for Beginners to Learn Chinese Medicine on Their Own
These four books on self-study of traditional Chinese medicine are worth recommending

This book is not the original, but the understanding of Nanxi in the Qing Dynasty. I have read hundreds of books on the experiences of ancient insiders, and this Mr. Nanxi probably only understood 30% of it. Shi Jia's book is the best. It's a pity that it has not been passed down. Generally speaking, practicing Qigong is correct! But Nanxi's understanding was too simple and did not go into the principles. Still sad that the essence of the book cannot be fully restored!
I have the experience of practicing and fighting, but there are no pictures. If there are corresponding animations and pictures, it will basically be enough.
Study hard and inherit the essence of China.
This book is rich in content and allowed me to understand the breadth and depth of Chinese traditional culture. Especially the part about Chinese medicine and health preservation reminded me of some of my own experiences in taking care of my family's health. The ideas and methods in the book are very practical and have given me a lot of inspiration. I think this is a valuable book and worth reading.
Chinese culture is really wonderful! Like!
The mystery is so deep that I seem to understand it but not yet understand it! [Like][Like][Like]
Good book, useful for life
A good practical book
Good. Master Tao, I am done
Good things require understanding.
A strange book that can be read even if you are not familiar with classical Chinese!
