Police Detective's Notes: The Punisher

A series of kidnappings has taken place in Ancheng. Four people have been abducted one after another: bar server Lin Xin, taxi driver Zhao Dahai, Xiao Ning, a student in Class Three at Ancheng No. 1 High School, and Xu Siqin, a server at Ancheng Everbright Hotel. Different clues were left at each crime scene. After days of investigation yielded no results, the Ancheng police had no choice but to seek help from the provincial department, hoping to reassemble the Special Cases Unit. At this critical moment, Qin Zheng reactivated the unit's members and sent them to Ancheng to investigate.

After investigating and piecing together the clues, Chen Chi and the team eventually found where the hostages were being held and arrested the suspect, Lu Chen. During interrogation, the investigation team's members discovered that Lu Feixiang was actually the father of Lu Feixiang, the police officer suspected of murder six months earlier.
