A shameless, roguish prince vs. a general who is cold on the outside but warm at heart
Su Yun is a battle-hardened general who cuts down enemy soldiers without a second thought. Once captured, he expects to lose his life, but things seem to be taking a very different turn.
“Wait, Chu Lin'an, where are you taking me?”
Chu Lin'an is a prince of his country, arrogant and domineering, but he has fallen for the enemy general.
He acts silly to get his way, steals kisses and takes liberties, and sneaks in to attack at night.
“Yun Yun, help me scrub my back.”
“Yun Yun, I won’t sleep unless you kiss me!”
“Yun Yun, why didn’t you hug me today?! Hmph, I’m mad at you.”
How can anyone say such cheesy things?
But there’s something even cheesier:
“Come on, sweetheart. I’m taking you home to meet my parents.”
Note: This story has both sweet and angsty moments. Thanks for coming to read Lisu, my darlings! Love you all!
Can the author stop writing such ruthless novels when he grows up? I cried with tears from beginning to end.
