After Gu Minglan was placed under a love curse, she mistakenly believed she had been reborn. Hoping to make amends for the mistakes of her past life, she tried to grow closer to Gu Moyun, change her fate, and save the Gu family and everyone she loved.
She carefully carried out her plans, eliminating one by one the people who had harmed her family in her previous life. Then she unexpectedly uncovered secrets she had never known, and her plans were repeatedly derailed, sending events in a direction she could never have imagined.
Gu Moyun, the man living under her family's roof, turned out to be a prince of the Xia Kingdom. Her mother had killed his mother, and Gu Minglan had saved his life when they were children. Tormented by their tangled history of gratitude and vengeance, Gu Moyun chose to let go of his hatred, repay her kindness, and protect her.
In her previous life, Gu Minglan was ruined by Chu Yi and died a tragic death outside the palace. In this life, she caused Chu Yi to lose the throne and become a fugitive. But she fell unconscious and would not wake. Only after seeking a physician did they learn that her fate was unusual: the reason she had been reborn was that someone had placed a love curse on her. If she continued to obsess over revenge, she would never wake again.
Chu Yi rises from the ashes, unexpectedly bringing to light the secret of seven treasure maps…
The plot of this book is really ups and downs! I especially like the female patron Gu Minglan. She is brave and determined and will do anything to protect her family. And Chu Yi, the villain, is really annoying. I hope he will get the punishment he deserves in the end. However, I also feel sorry for Gu Moyun. He struggled with grudges and hatred, and finally chose to let go of his hatred. Overall, this book is wonderful and I recommend you read it too!
Revisiting, the emotional line between the male and female protagonists is inexplicably matched!! ( Although a section of meat was deleted 😅)
I read this book in the second grade of junior high school. Now that I have graduated from college, it is one of my favorite books. I spent a day reviewing it today! Still like it very much!
