From the Start, the System Stole My Beginner's Gift Pack

One night, Xu San suddenly heard a soft chime. “Loading System.”

“The System? My System?” Xu San leaped to his feet in excitement. He had been secretly studying his body, searching for the conditions that would trigger the System. As a transmigrator, how could he not have a golden finger?

“System loading complete. Start up?” a mechanical voice asked in Xu San's mind.

“Start! Of course I'll start!” Xu San answered without hesitation.

As the System powered up, a virtual screen appeared before Xu San, displaying the words “Free Development System.”

“Uh, Free Development System? What the heck?” Xu San asked, bewildered.

“Host, the Free Development System means exactly what it says. You must research and develop its functions yourself.”

“Seriously? I have to research the System myself? Other people transmigrate and start out invincible! If you're not giving me invincibility, you could at least give me a tycoon System!” Xu San wailed.
