Arrival in One Piece? I Manifest the Entire World

In the 28th century, the pirate world descended upon Blue Star. Every year, one chosen player from each country is selected to enter the otherworld, where their every move is broadcast live. Everything the chosen player obtains is reflected in their home country.

What’s more, each chosen player can select one treasure from the world of pirates as their starting resource when they arrive in the otherworld.

For more than a decade, not a single chosen player had managed to survive until the second year. But they had gathered a wealth of intelligence for those who came after them, and everyone now knew just how powerful several of the strongest Devil Fruits were.

Yet this year, the chosen player from Great Xia made a move that stunned the world. Instead of choosing the powerful Tremor-Tremor Fruit, he picked the utterly ordinary Smoke Fruit!

While the internet erupted in criticism, Tian Qi used his Stand, Weather Report, to make the most of the Smoke Fruit.

…

Akainu: That damn Weather Report is trickier than any opponent I’ve ever faced!

Garp: I suspect the Smoke Fruit he ate must actually be a Mythical Zoan, the Disaster Fruit. Get Smoker here. I’ll help him develop his fruit abilities!

Netizens: Nonsense! It’s obviously the Human-Human Fruit, Mythical Zoan, Model: Zeus!

Smoker: I didn’t! I haven’t! Don’t make things up!
