Tales of Turmoil in the Walled Compound

It is very well written. It manages and educates criminals in a humane way, and it is reflected in some details of work and life. I admire you very much, and I am glad that those prisoners who have rehabilitated themselves have such discipline and leadership as you. I have read a lot of novels about prison life, so I have some understanding. I hope there are more upright police officers like you.

This is a novel that describes prison life but is very positive. It also writes about some of the problems that exist in the work of reforming prisoners in a very real and objective manner. The "I" in the article is a prison guard cadre who is passionate about his work and has a high sense of social responsibility. What is particularly touching is that he carries out meticulous and patient ideological work and humane management for the positive reform of prisoners. Unfortunately, in reality, there are fewer and fewer good cadres who can do their work so that people are convinced.
