Tianjin Concession and Japanese Resident Group

This book is a study of the Japanese concession in Tianjin and the Japanese bureaucracy system in the concession. After Japan established a concession in Tianjin in 1989, Japanese immigrants flocked in and relied on their dominant position and privileges to engage in business, education, culture and other social activities. In order to better govern and manage, Japan first established the Concession Bureau as a management agency in the Tianjin Concession in 1902, which later evolved into the resident militia system. In this book, the author mainly sorts out and explores the historical and legal issues of the Japanese Concession and Resident Vigilante Groups in Tianjin based on the book "Information on the Resident Vigilante Groups in the Japanese Concession in Tianjin" and other related results.
