The Divine Book of Goulou

The Yellow Emperor Xuanyuan battled Chiyou at Zhuolu for years, and the bitter struggle would not end.

He commanded Feng Hou to devise a text, and thus the divine book of Heaven and Earth came into being.

The divine book left behind by the Yellow Emperor was found by Jiang Taigong on Mount Kunlun during the Zhou dynasty. He used the mystical arts recorded in its pages to help the Zhou overthrow the Shang. During the Warring States period, it passed into the hands of Guiguzi, who taught the arts to his disciples Su Qin, Zhang Yi, Sun Bin, and Pang Juan, making them renowned ministers and generals of their age. During the Han dynasty, Zhang Liang obtained the divine book from Huang Shigong. By the Three Kingdoms period, it had passed into Zhuge Liang's hands. Throughout history, the book appeared and vanished, and parts of its contents were lost, added, or altered along the way.
