Who Dares to Calm the Storm tells the story of Xu Weiyu and a group of youths who venture into the jianghu and grow through their experiences. They stand up for the wronged, armed with a chivalrous heart and martial skills. They also seize the chance to claim a share when disputes erupt over martial arts manuals. Old grudges and tangled romances unfold in the jianghu, while secret histories and strange tales come to light. Scions of prestigious clans and sects, wanderers, prodigals, monks, Daoists, common folk... Weiyu walks through the jianghu, dampened by the rain, one step at a time.
One person can make a jianghu, and so can a group.
As long as the jianghu exists, its stories will never end.
