A Gangster’s Wife, the Provincial Governor

He Shaoqing is no ordinary loafer. He has looks that are one in a million and noble blood, yet he lazes around in the heavens, neglecting his duties. Because he fell for Zuo Zixun, a mortal with an especially rotten nature, he became a ghost and a human to protect and follow her, all so he could experience the sights and sounds of the mortal world in a flesh-and-blood body. Selfish and cold-blooded? That's Xunxun protecting herself. Burning bridges and chasing profit? That's just Xunxun's little dose of worldly wisdom. A glutton and a lecher? That's not only what Xunxun loves most, it's what he loves most, too.

So what if some big shot in the heavens finds out? At worst, he'll fall into the animal realm and become a little cat, curling up in Xunxun's arms every day to act cute and roll around. Isn't that more comfortable than being a god in heaven?
