"Foreign Ecological Environmental Protection Experience and Enlightenment" constructs a "3+2" foreign ecological and environmental protection experience theoretical system based on the three major environmental policies of "strict rule of law", "guidance and incentives" and "multi-party participation" and the two major support systems of "institutional mechanism" and "technology and industry". Based on this, we summarize and refine foreign ecological and environmental protection experience, aiming to face the current problems of unbalanced social development, ecological environment governance difficulties and other ongoing problems, draw wisdom from history, find answers from reality, learn from each other, achieve mutual benefit and win-win, and jointly build a community with a shared future for the earth.
