Mr. Li, Your Wife Has Another Suitor

[Marriage first, love later + age gap + both are each other's one and only + long-planned romance + sweet, slow-paced daily life]

A cool, gentle beauty ✖ a restrained, fatherly man

On the eve of her engagement, Gu Qingyan caught her boyfriend in bed with his secretary, doing things they shouldn't. She broke up with him on the spot and left him with words he'd never forget.

“Your thing is too small. I'm not interested!”

Later, at a blind date, she was surprised to discover that her date was her best friend's uncle.

Li Yancheng: “How about marrying me?”

Gu Qingyan: “Why choose me?”

The man said one thing but meant another. “It was just a coincidence. It doesn't have to be you. My family is pressuring me, and since we both need someone to marry, why not help each other out?”

After the wedding, they treated each other with courtesy and stayed out of each other's way. But then strange things started happening. Gu Qingyan, who always slept neatly by herself, woke up every morning clinging to the man like a koala.

Frustrated, she set up a tiny camera at the foot of the bed to find out what was going on.

The next day, when she watched the footage, she was stunned. After she fell asleep, the man had draped her leg over his, then laid her arm across his chest... Only after all that did he settle down to sleep, looking completely satisfied.

Case closed!

Li Yancheng looked at the damning evidence she had thrown in front of him, then shamelessly pinned her against the wall and kissed her for a long time.

“Darling, after all this time, why won't you let me have my way with you?”

Gu Qingyan was stunned. Was this really the same Mr. Li she knew, so proper and abstinent?
