Audit Frenzy

A journey of growth and redemption, from workplace novice to industry expert

New to the field, junior auditor Wu Han enters the workplace full of hopes for the future. He expects a bright, smooth road ahead, never imagining that he is about to become mired in the twin swamps of career and romance.

At work, buried beneath mountains of financial statements and tangled auditing procedures, he feels lost and bewildered. But with an irrepressible determination not to give up, he studies day and night, humbly seeks advice, and gradually masters the essentials of auditing through one challenging project after another, taking steady steps toward becoming a top auditor.

Yet fate has no intention of letting him off easy. In love, he is betrayed by his partner, Zhang Tongtong. The blow hits him like a sledgehammer, leaving him reeling and heartbroken. In despair, he begins to give up on himself and drift through one relationship after another.

Just when he thinks his life has hit rock bottom, the kind and optimistic Li Meier enters his world. Like a ray of light in his darkness, she gives him the strength to get back on his feet. With Li Meier by his side, encouraging him, Wu Han gradually finds himself again and finds the sincere love that is his to claim.

Some may find this tumultuous experience utterly absurd, even enough to shatter their sense of right and wrong. Others may see it as merely the tip of the iceberg, since real life is far stranger than this. But for Wu Han, it is all a baptism of growth. Amid the twists and turns of life, there is no absolute right or wrong, only different understandings shaped by each person's own experience.
