Seriously! Can You Let Me Reincarnate in Peace?

I'm a water ghost. Is it really this hard to get reincarnated these days?

I was sleeping on some water weeds when someone spat twice in my face.

I tried to grab a replacement body, but a crazy old woman beat me until I saw stars with her wooden club.

I snuck into a house to steal someone's body, only to discover that the little fool who'd been chasing me was her daughter!

After finally succeeding in stealing a body, I dove headfirst into the river...

I'm such an idiot. Really...

I lifted my lifeless eyes and felt the river's gleaming surface. I knew that when it snowed, I could go out and catch people, but I didn't know the river would freeze over when it snowed! And the ice would be this thick! I nearly cracked my skull!
