In her previous life, Liu Ximan was deceived by others, causing her loved ones to die without even leaving behind their remains. She was blinded herself and died a miserable death in the cold palace.
Reborn, she swears to kill her enemies and quickly latches onto the future regent, a man destined to wield immense power.
At this point, the regent is still hiding his identity and deliberately making himself look like an “ugly freak.”
Liu Ximan is determined to mend her ways. She follows every order from this low-key big shot and couldn’t be more obedient!
After getting used to treating the regent well, she suddenly looks back and realizes he has been spoiling her rotten all along.
Not just in this life, but in her previous one, too.
“My wife, A Man, is willful and unruly, but kind at heart. If there is another life, I hope to be joined to you again and grow old by your side.”
So pretty,
So-so, too many emotional ties
