Mr. Zhongjing combined his own experience to deepen and develop the theory of the "Nei Jing" and made a subtle analysis of the impact of the changes in the four seasons and the alternation of yin and yang on the human body. And some of the views in the book, such as the explanation of the causes and prevention methods of disease in different seasons, I think are of great practical significance. In terms of characters, I really like Mr. Zhongjing. His medical skills and theories are admirable. As for the annoying characters, there aren't any special ones. All in all, I think this is a good book worth reading.
