This book is great! It told the development of mathematics in an interesting way and made me understand the important role of mathematics in various fields. I especially like the legendary stories about mathematicians in the book. I am deeply inspired by their efforts and wisdom. For example, Pythagoras' Pythagorean theorem amazed me. This book made me more interested in mathematics. I recommend it to all friends who are interested in mathematics!
