It's beautiful, the emotional lines are well written, and the pet beasts are also well written and quite distinctive. It's finally a beast-control novel with an ancient background but has nothing to do with mythical beasts or the Classic of Mountains and Seas.
It's good to watch, but I feel like the story isn't very rich.
