The Cool Beauty Is Spoiled and Flirted With by the Domineering Campus Heartthrob

A seemingly aloof beauty who is actually a little angel, the bottom × a seemingly cold, cool guy who is actually a lovesick, devoted puppy, the top For various reasons, Wen Ran applied to change dorm rooms at the start of his sophomore year. He was very happy with his new room: his roommates were all nice, especially Jiang Shi, known as the heartthrob of the finance department. When he was sick, Jiang Shi fussed over him and asked how he was feeling. Whenever he needed something, Jiang Shi was there for him. Jiang Shi was always the first to like his social media posts. Even though they were in different majors, Jiang Shi insisted on accompanying him to class. Even on a freezing winter night, Jiang Shi would bring him a roasted sweet potato he'd mentioned in passing. As they grew closer, Wen Ran suddenly realized he seemed to have developed feelings for Jiang Shi that went beyond friendship. But he knew Jiang Shi was a homophobic, straight man, and that they could never be together. So, to keep his feelings from showing, Wen Ran gradually learned to distance himself, keeping their relationship at the level of ordinary friends. He started turning down Jiang Shi's requests to cuddle up with him. He began taking part-time jobs off campus to cut down on the time they spent together. But Jiang Shi couldn't accept it. During an argument, Wen Ran admitted that he'd fallen for a man. Jiang Shi fled in a panic. Then came the night Wen Ran stayed out all night with a close friend who had come back to visit him, and returned home the next evening. In a deserted corner, the towering figure pinned him against the wall. The man, eyes red, bowed his head and buried his face in Wen Ran's neck, like a stray dog abandoned by its owner. “Please don't leave me. I'm begging you.” He choked on his words, the corners of his eyes crimson. “Whatever he can give you, I can give you too. Everything I have is yours.” “Please, just try to love me, okay?” The first three chapters are told from the top's point of view; the rest are from the bottom's.
