A 100,000-character novel written in 19 days by a college student in a fit of anger after having his feelings toyed with.
When a shooting star streaks across the sky, a wish comes true, but at a terrible cost.
The Chosen of the Falling Star... An old woman watches everything about Ming Yuan.
Who are you? I'm Ming Yuan. Our souls are bound together. I like you... Why? Why is everything my fault?
In an age of fast-food romance, what does true love really mean? Is sincerity doomed never to be returned in kind?
Through a twist of fate, Ming Yuan and Zhang Yi are brought together. They fall in love after climbing to the summit of Mount Tai to watch the most beautiful sunrise. But everything feels so unreal, so hard to see clearly. After enduring entanglement, humiliation, pleading, and anger... Ming Yuan finally sees the true face hidden beneath human nature.
Can love really be something you just fool around with?
No. I will shatter these beautiful dreams that feel so real with my own hands.
Don't forget that shooting star. Where will it go next...
Adapted from real experiences and given elements of Makoto Shinkai's anime, it's definitely worth watching and may help you solve your dog-licking emotional problems.
