In 2021, China released 15 government white papers, covering democratic political construction, political party system, poverty alleviation, human rights situation, population issues, climate change, international development cooperation, China-Africa relations, and Hong Kong, Tibet and Xinjiang. They comprehensively and accurately introduced the Chinese government's policy propositions, principled positions and progress on these major issues, and enhanced the international community's understanding and recognition of China.
