It's a bit of a joke, but the characters in the plot are also fleshed out. In terms of comedy alone, the other book, "The Young Junior Sister is an Evil Cultivator" is even more hilarious. I like the setting at the beginning and the end of the plot better. I also like the sword rabbit (and the black cat who doesn't have much of a role in the back is also good).
