Half-Finished Game

Story elements: Western fantasy + adventure + coming of age + lighthearted humor

“Reality and virtuality intertwined, the past overlapping with the future”

My name is Chen Xiao, and I'm an independent game developer.

I had a modest dream: to create a game that would capture everyone's attention.

But my good fortune didn't last. After working around the clock every day, I eventually died suddenly at home.

But then heaven took pity on me and sent me to transmigrate into the unfinished game I had made. But... is that really what happened?

[In a sorry state]

Alone in the game world, frail and weak, with no conditions in my favor.

From the start, I must survive in a dense forest; at midnight, it's the gates of hell.

Where can I find a way to survive? In utter desperation, I find life in the water.

I brave the rapids along the line between life and death, then, at death's door, encounter a celestial beauty.
