This book is a study of popular psychology. In the book, Le Bon elaborated on the characteristics of groups and group psychology, pointing out that when an individual is an isolated individual, he has his own distinctive individual characteristics, but when this person integrates into the group, all his personality will be submerged by the group, and his thoughts will immediately be replaced by the group's thoughts. And when a group exists, it has characteristics such as being emotional, unobjectionable, and low IQ.

This reminds me of the masses in "1984", who have no ideas of their own. However, the concept of "group unconsciousness" is still very reasonable. Just like our class sometimes does some silly things together. But there are some parts in the book that I still don't quite understand. Maybe I need to grow up to understand them.
It requires a very high level of English to understand
