Economic Forest Pest Control Guide

For 24 major economic forest tree species such as hazelnut, mountain apricot, jujube, catalpa walnut, Korean pine, chestnut, gallnut tree, sea buckthorn, spinosaurus bud, eleuthero, apple, pear, grape, peach, raspberry, blueberry, and walnut catalpa, we conducted research on pests and diseases and their pollution-free prevention and control technologies, and proposed 1 common tree species that have a greater impact on economic forests. The morphological characteristics, biological characteristics, distribution and harm, occurrence patterns and prevention methods of 85 kinds of pests and diseases (including 90 kinds of pests and 95 kinds of diseases) have been established and corresponding maps have been established, forming a set of prevention and control technologies that prioritize ecological and biological control methods, take into account physical control, and standardize chemical control, and integrate the concept of pollution-free prevention and control throughout the entire process of forest management.
