Honkai: Star Rail: The Summoning of Nihility

“IX, don’t you get bored just sitting around like this every day?” A hollow, empty voice replied, “There’s no meaning in going anywhere. The world’s end is Nihility. You might as well stay here.” “I want to see what the world outside is like.” The hollow, empty voice replied, “Even if a frog at the bottom of a well jumps out, all it will see is a bigger cage.” “Even if nothing has meaning, why can’t I go out and take a look?” The Aeon of Nihility fell silent for a moment. “Very well. Go, if you wish. I won’t stop you.” Youge left the land of Nihility, but the world outside turned out to be even more wonderful than he had imagined. [Cringe-worthy early work. Not recommended.]
