A Funeral to Win Back His Wife? Her Childhood Friend Has Been Showering Her with Sweetness All Along

(Also known as My Childhood Friend Is Such a Great Actor, Luring His Rose Step by Step) [Mindless sugary romance + childhood sweethearts + wooing his wife + bickering couple + everyday banter + raising kids] [He seems like a playboy who flits from one romance to another, but is devoted to the fallen heiress Shen Zhiyun vs. a dramatic, dark-hearted fox of a childhood friend who loves her deeply, Pei Si] * The young childhood sweetheart isn't a troublemaker who turns the world upside down. She just loves making trouble for her childhood friend. And he is more than happy to indulge her. Three years ago, Pei Si vanished from Shen Zhiyun's life without a word. Three years later, he returns covered in injuries and shamelessly chases after her. * Shen Zhiyun is at work in the morning, then shows up at a banquet that afternoon, boldly holding her sworn enemy's hand and declaring, “I'm carrying Pei Si's child, and I'm going to cheat on him!” She is determined to make Pei Si pay back every moment of the three years he left her waiting. Pei Si can't hit her, can't scold her, and his childhood sweetheart won't let him sweet-talk her either. With no other choice, he takes out his frustration on his rival's car bumper time and again. As he puts it: “If it means I can win my wife back, I'd gladly wreck ten thousand cars.” The rival: So I'm part of your little game too? Have you no shame?! * At the bar counter, in the cocktail section Shen Zhiyun: “Mr. Pei, could you stop blocking the way? Your facial scar is scaring off all my customers.” Pei Si shamelessly takes her hand and kisses her. “But I'm trying to win my wife back. If you agree to go get our marriage license, I'll leave right away.” Shen Zhiyun: “House rules: a hundred for holding hands, double that for a kiss. Cash or card?” “Can I pay with my face?” “Pay up!” (The male lead has a prosthetic left arm and difficulty walking because of his left leg. Read with caution!)
