The Dragon-Serving Girl

Abandoned temples, desert caverns, frozen wilderness; a spirit-devouring black sea, spears, halberds, swords and axes, bows and arrows, altars. The door to destiny slowly opens before Wu Jian.

The door to destiny may look wide, but in truth, it is narrow. When civilization is ruthlessly buried beneath bloodshed and violence, and the backbone of life cannot bear the weight of royal power, ferocious beasts lord it over all, squeezing the people dry and bleeding them white.

Reborn in another world as “Seventeen,” she has no choice but to take up her blade: to sever the stranglehold of power, shatter the law of the jungle, and break through the shackles of heaven and earth.

If you dare brand me a lowborn slave and cast me into the abyss, I will take courage as my sword and will as my blade, forging with my own hands a weapon that can split rocks and carve through mountains, its point aimed straight at the heavens!

No matter whether the road ahead is mud, blood, mountains, or fire, I’ll slay them until their souls flee and their spirits falter, cut them down until gods and ghosts tremble, and win a new world!
