Prince of Tennis: No Longer the Same as Those Carefree Youthful Days (Finale)

[The Unbeatable White Moonlight]

Many years later, Yukimura, once hailed as the “Child of God,” wins a Grand Slam, surrounded by flowers and applause and celebrated as a great success.

Everyone knows that Grand Slam tennis champion Yukimura Seiichi has one taboo subject he will not discuss in interviews.

So when Nana Nanami, the TV station’s star presenter, interviews Yukimura, she accidentally hits a nerve.

Overnight, the hashtag “Miss Wen” is once again trending on Twitter.

Some say Miss Wen was Yukimura’s white moonlight, his one and only first love and the love of his life. Everyone thought they would get married and live happily ever after.

An unexpected upheaval six years ago sent them in opposite directions, and their passionate romance ended in tragedy. Their fans were heartbroken.

Six years later, his white moonlight appears again aboard a luxury cruise ship built by the Atobe Group. Yukimura gives a cold laugh. “Wen Ran, what makes you think I’d still be here waiting for you after you left me six years ago?”

“You’re so sure of yourself. You think I still love you?”

“I’m pregnant.”

“...”

After six years, Wen Ran once again sees Yukimura’s handsome, confident face go blank.

She reminds him, “You’re the child’s father...”

“Are you okay?”

“Seiichi?”

“Hello?”

The final installment of the “No Longer Like Those Carefree Days of Youth” series is coming soon. This story once again brings together all kinds of guilty-pleasure tropes: rekindled love, an unwed pregnancy, marriage before love, face-slapping, and a groveling ex. It’s romantic yet painful, heartwarming yet hilarious.
