The Chronicles of Zhu Han

This is my first novel, so please bear with me. I'll be eager to learn and improve my writing. This story explores a Wuxia world from a woman's perspective. Its broad setting is the Song dynasty, though the world itself is fictional. Since this is my first attempt at writing a novel, my prose still needs work. Please offer me your guidance. I'll gladly take it to heart.

The ancient city of Loulan vanished without a trace in 630 AD. Rumor has it that an ancient book called the Shennong Bencao Jing was lost somewhere in the martial world. Three hundred years later, the Bai family, who had made their living as medicine merchants in Yangzhou, suddenly became known throughout the land for their use of poison. This naturally aroused suspicion among the many families that specialized in poison.
