It mainly wants to reflect the work, life and ideological conditions of rural cadres after the transformation of government functions. There is a saying among the common people: "It is easy to meet an official, but hard to meet a dog." The "official" in this sentence refers to the big leaders above the county level, and the "dog" refers to the rural cadres. They are dogs in the eyes of the people, but in the eyes of the big leaders, they are a group of low-level people with low quality, poor ability, and negative work attitude. Because those with high quality, strong ability, and active work have become officials. I have always wanted to say something to these "dogs". In fact, any group has some good and bad examples. People often tend to generalize. Maybe a certain group has more common things, but in fact, when you get to know them deeply, you will find their loveliness and helplessness. The name Nostalgic Feelings does feel old and rustic.
