The Mage Thug

The illegitimate son of an empire's crown prince and the holy daughter of the Church spent twenty years unaware of his identity. He became an illegal miner in the Federation, then soon turned into a criminal trafficking in magic crystals, a desperado who lived by the sword every day, and a good-for-nothing who drifted through life in a daze. Yet this very good-for-nothing rose step by step to become the Federation's infamous leader of violent mages, and, through a twist of fate, its great hero.

But just as Jack Byrne was getting carried away, his father, Byrne George, ascended the imperial throne and revealed Jack's identity along with his own. From that moment on, Jack Byrne became a spy hunted by everyone in the Federation, and went on to become a butcher of the stars feared throughout the universe!
