Memories of Time Buried in My Heart

For years, he had struggled with insecurity, but learned early to stand on his own two feet. Then, at university, the boy who was used to loneliness and a monotonous life encountered that one bright smile. As they worked hard and grew together, what choices would they make when reason clashed with emotion, and ideals intertwined with love? “Years from now, when we meet again, when we’re no longer so passionate and joyful, will you still be just like before, telling me the stories of what happened each day over the years, and speaking of your warm, helpless longing for me...?” I dedicate this book to that time, those memories, and the people and events that made them what they were, to the youthful innocence and heartfelt moments we remember. People come and go, and the days and years pass. Years from now, we’ll touch our hearts and gently revisit the laughter and sorrow of our past. Our stories of youth have drifted away on the wind, lost in time’s dreams. Your laughter and joy will be etched by time into memories sealed away.
