Controlling Time, but It's Toilets Vs. Monitors

[Nearly invincible + no/female lead only + Toilet Men vs. Cameramen + time control]

Frank is a “person” born in a temporal rift. Although he has human characteristics, his head is a pocket watch. Yet that very feature gives him a clan of his own: the Clock Clan. In this chaotic world, the Cameramen and Toilet Men are locked in endless battle. Though the Cameramen have help from the Speaker Men and TV Men, they are still barely holding on.

The Clock Clan, however, has only a handful of members: Warhammer, an enhanced version of a medium Clock Man; Time, a medium Clock Man; Shield Guards, two ordinary Clock Men carrying specially made shields, one with an hourglass for a head and the other with an alarm clock; Bleach, a spider clock; and Plane, a flying clock. The Clock Clan has no Titans, but Frank himself has power to rival one... So how will the story unfold under these circumstances?
