Tiedan is a blacksmith who lives in an ancient village. He has a beautiful wife named Bainen Nüzi. Bainen Nüzi is gentle and kind, and she loves Tiedan dearly and remains completely faithful to him. However, some villagers begin to question her love. Their doubts stem from a rumor circulating around the village: Tiedan was once a playboy who had been in love with many women before Bainen Nüzi. The villagers begin to suspect that her love for Tiedan is not genuine, and that she is with him only for his money and status. Bainen Nüzi feels deeply hurt and dejected. Although she believes her love for Tiedan is real, she cannot make anyone else believe her. One night, Tiedan and Bainen Nüzi decide to go for a walk together. On the way, they meet a mysterious woman who tells them, “If you don’t believe in each other’s love, you’ll never truly be happy.” Her words deeply move Bainen Nüzi, and she decides to trust Tiedan and believe in his love. In the end, she and Tiedan get through this difficult time together and begin a happy life.
