"The greatest sorrow of mankind is not the horrific natural disasters, wars, or even the disasters caused by nuclear weapons, but the hundreds of millions of people living on this planet, and then until they grow old and die, never realizing the huge untapped potential that exists in human beings. They die before they bloom; for hundreds of millions of modern people, the center of their lives is only a stable life and sufficient food. Amidst the stimulation of soap operas and mobile phone screens, all living beings do not know who they are, or who they can become through hard work and mastering learning methods; so many of us have aged and died before going through this process of exploration. "The most significant turning point in the evolution of human beings is to realize the importance of learning to the continuation of life. When a person realizes and starts to use the most correct methods to learn, exercise, eat, and rest, that is when he becomes a better self. This book focuses on the exploration of learning methods by high school student Wei Xiaolan, who explores the boundaries of her life and her desire for knowledge through learning. When writing this book, I drew on many articles about learning methods and summarized them to make them part of the learning system of the protagonist Wei Xiaolan. The purpose of writing this novel is to allow readers to achieve their goals, especially those students who have worked very hard but have never been able to achieve satisfactory results. These hard-working students have the desire to change, which has actually opened the door to explore a new path in life, but they have not yet found a suitable path.

The content is to the point and easy to use. Not only suitable for high school students, but also suitable for college students to cope with exams. Very inspiring. It would be nice to be more specific.
