The Sunflower's Mask

Male lead: Dian Mingjiu, a top-tier star and wealthy tycoon who has spent ten years in the entertainment industry. Female lead: Fu Yu, an ordinary female student who works her way through school and has been betrayed twice by her ex.

Fu Yu was betrayed by Shang Mu, the boyfriend she once loved deeply. Before that, they had cared for each other and loved one another, but when Shang Mu entered the entertainment industry, he called Fu Yu his nanny in front of others because of the harsh realities of life, then deliberately broke up with her. Three years later, Shang Mu had become a top-tier star, but someone used a photograph to threaten him. When they got back in touch, everything had changed. He deceived Fu Yu once again, and she secretly vowed to take revenge on him in the very entertainment industry where he most wanted to stay. She would prove to the man she had once loved so deeply that she could succeed in the industry on her own terms. In the process, however, she unexpectedly caught the attention of top-tier star Dian Mingjiu. She also navigated and fought against the complicated injustices and chaos of the entertainment industry. They grew and changed amid hatred and deep love, resolve and struggle, courage and fear. They seemed like sunflowers growing toward the sun, but each wore a heavy mask. At last, they finally removed their masks, grew freely, and reaped the happiness that was their own.
