The Qin Dynasty’s Mysterious Chronicles

My new novel, The Ruins of Pan, is now being serialized! An alternate world with fantasy elements. No saintly protagonist and no golden finger. Synopsis: The history of Chinese mythology can be traced back to the mysterious Age of Mountains and Seas: from shamans, demons, gods, and humans, to Emperor Yu founding the Xia dynasty and casting the Nine Cauldrons to safeguard humanity's fortunes; then to King Zhou of Shang mobilizing the whole nation to launch repeated eastern campaigns, never withdrawing even as his kingdom fell; and later to the First Emperor building the Great Wall in the north and subduing the Baiyue in the south, while a million Qin soldiers never appeared, even when Xianyang fell... Was everything really as the history books say? And how do we explain the 130,000 years during which humanity disappeared, and the leap from apes to civilization? Why did the pre-Qin Qi Refiners become legends? Why were the Han dynasty's fangshi later replaced by Tang dynasty cultivators? Why did the peerless genius Liu Bowen sever every dragon vein in the land during the Ming dynasty, digging up five thousand years of national fortune... What if all of this is because the history we know has been altered, and the true past deliberately buried... Earth has never been the only world in the vast sea of stars, and humanity's survival has never been smooth sailing...
