According to historical records, the Sky Continent is a mysterious landmass floating high above the surface of the earth.

Its environment is utterly unlike Earth's, and it is home to all kinds of strange animals and plants.

It also harbors exceptionally ferocious beings known as “native species.”

As a result, humanity did not manage to set foot on the Sky Continent until just before the twenty-first century.
