A Sudden Stir of Heart

[Handsome, chatty, sharp-tongued top × sensitive, quiet, laid-back bottom] [Chief Interpreter vs. Yun Group CEO

A harmless little white flower in public, a cold, ruthless red rose in private.

[Younger man] [Two male leads + school (both adults) to the city] [Reunion after years apart] [Secret crush] [Mutual devotion] [Happy ending] [Both strong] Both adults, both adults, both adults

Shi Yunyi grew up in Anyuan City, surrounded by a group of easygoing friends and loving, harmonious parents.

Xu Jinghe grew up in Jiangxin City. His childhood was marked by a father who drank like a fish and was addicted to gambling, and a mother who was often beaten.

One year, after both his parents died, he moved to Anyuan City with his aunt, Xu Xihua, and met Shi Yunyi and the others.

“Deskmate, my name is Shi Yunyi.”

Help after help from the deskmate he barely knew:

“I brought you something to eat. I was afraid you'd starve to death.”

“Why did you cover for him just now?”

One joke after another as they grew closer:

“You seem to be a few months older than me. Should I call you big brother?”

“Hey, what do you think of my looks?”

By a twist of fate, they meet again years later. He thought his heart had gone quiet for good, that no one could stir it again. Then the man who had become a chief interpreter crossed paths once more with the sun of his youth.

After a series of chance encounters, one of them gets drunk and murmurs softly against the hollow of the other's shoulder:

“Big brother, I'm drunk.”

“Will you take me home?”

He interrupts the other's blind date:

“Sorry, this is my partner.”

And the consequences of getting angry are...

“Liar. Didn't you say you'd only ever love me?”

“I miss you so much. Don't leave again.”
