Synopsis

The refined young man Yu Ming is struck by lightning for being far too refined. He transmigrates to the West Sea and becomes the king of a nation. Upon ascending the throne, he officially awakens the System and leads his kingdom in an assault on the World Government. First he unifies his continent, then the West Sea, and finally the whole world. As the Four Holy Legions storm the Red Line, as tank treads roll over the ruined wasteland, as aircraft carriers sail across a truly free ocean, and as planes streak through the skies above Mary Geoise, people cheer with the roar of gunfire and welcome the supreme king with the beat of war drums.

The CP should preferably be with Shanks. If that really will not work, Akainu is fine too.
