I knew this book would be useful just by looking at it, but the pictures were a little blurry. [Sinister smile]
I have made several dishes based on this book, and they taste really good. Moreover, the recipes in the book are very detailed and the breakdown steps are clear at a glance, so even a novice in the kitchen can follow them. I especially like the introduction of heat and oil temperature in the book. This part of the book gave me a deeper understanding of cooking. In short, this book is like a considerate kitchen assistant and is worth recommending!
