This book "Traditional Home Cooking" is very good! The book introduces a variety of home-cooked dishes with different regional characteristics, allowing me to understand different tastes of food. I especially like the part about hometown dishes, it feels very friendly. Moreover, the recipes in the book are detailed and easy to understand. I plan to make a few dishes and try them out. Recommended to friends who like cooking!
