Shen Fu was no noblewoman. She had no powerful family backing her, yet Lin Wang still married her against everyone’s objections.
She thought there was something called “love” between them.
She was nineteen when she got together with him, and she stayed by his side for ten years.
At the Lin residence, she was always gentle and considerate, taking care of all the little things for him.
To be worthy of him, she painstakingly reshaped herself, breaking her bones and shaving away her flesh until she became the person they wanted her to be.
It wasn’t until she fell gravely ill that, through the haze, she overheard a few brief remarks.
“I’m curious. What exactly did you see in a country woman like her?”
“She’s obedient.”
“That’s it?”
Shen Fu suddenly found it laughable. Until her dying breath, she had never once heard him say he liked her.
After ten years of dreaming, she opened her eyes and found herself back shortly after their wedding, when their arguments were at their fiercest.
The dream should end now. Love was never a one-person affair.
She had never really been an obedient girl. The Fu in her name, Fu, was the Fu in opium.
Character creation: touching! The characters look as charming as in the other book, and the heroine's shining point is clear.
Plot: The plot is pure but not so vulgar. It should have been more popular a few years ago. Now I may not like to watch the entanglement between the protagonist and Lin so much. It makes my head hurt.
Rhythm: The rhythm of this teacher's story has always been well controlled and will not make it difficult to watch.
I really don't like Lin very much and can't accept him as the protagonist. I'll take another look and come back if there are any changes later.

Good-looking, good-looking, good-looking
It's very beautiful and worth recommending.
