1. No glaring errors in basic common sense. 2. The protagonist shouldn’t be too much of a bleeding heart. They should act decisively when trouble comes. 3. I’m not saying the protagonist has to be a morally upright, perfectly good person, but please don’t have them act self-righteous while doing the opposite.
